The City of Pahokee joins cities across the state in celebrating Florida City Week — a time to recognize the vital role municipal government plays in our daily lives. This observance highlights the importance of civic engagement, community partnerships, and public service. The City of Pahokee is proud to showcase the people, programs, and initiatives that make our community strong, resilient, and full of promise for the future.

The City of Pahokee cordially invites you to join us in celebrating Florida City Week, observed October 20–26, 2025.

As part of this celebration, we are hosting a special Florida City Week Celebration on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Eddie Lee Rhodes Gymnasium, 360 East Main Street, Pahokee, Florida 33476.

This event will bring the community together to learn more about the City of Pahokee and available community resources. Participating exhibitors will have the opportunity to:
  • Showcase businesses, organizations, or programs
  • Engage directly with the community
  • Highlight educational resources, services, or products relevant to residents

Schools are encouraged to bring students to participate in educational activities and interact with local government representatives and exhibitors.

If you would like to participate as an exhibitor, or if your school plans to bring students, please RSVP by Tuesday, October 21, 2025 by emailing cityclerk@cityofpahokee.com.
