To preserve the accuracy and integrity of the City's official records, promote transparency, conduct municipal elections, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional, courteous, and expeditious manner.
Duties & Functions:
- Liaison between Public and Commission
- Official Custodian of the Seal of the City
- Supervisor of City Elections
- Records Management & Records Disposition Program Administrator
- Administer Oaths and Affirmations
- Maintain Official Documents
- Attesting to all City Documents
- Prepare Meeting Agendas, Minutes, Proclamations, Resolutions, and some Ordinances
- Publishing Legal Notices
- Supervisor of Cemetery Administration, Sale of Cemetery Plots & Deeds
- Code of Ethics and Financial Disclosure Coordinator
- Provide Notary services
- Furnish data to Public and Staff
- Coordinate Appointment Process of all City Boards/Committees, Coordinate Annual Tri-Cities Networking Event and other projects.
