ITB #2020–05 REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS - GENERAL INFORMATION

The City of Pahokee is soliciting proposals from qualified parties for the Sublease, operation and management of the Marina Restaurant, located at 190 North Lake Avenue, Pahokee, Florida (the “Restaurant”).  ITB documents may be obtained from the office of City Clerk at 207 Begonia Drive, Pahokee, Florida 33476, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM or from the city of Pahokee website at www.cityofpahokee.com. The ITB will have a mandatory pre-bid meeting on (Attendance is Mandatory) at 10:00 am on September 28th, 2020, at the City Commission Chambers at the City of Pahokee Commission Chamber located at 360 East Main Street, Pahokee, Florida 33476.   (If Needed)  A site visit will Immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference on September 28th, 2020

ITB #2020-05 will be received by the City Clerk, City of Pahokee, 207 Begonia Drive, Pahokee, Florida 33476, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm.  Deadline to submit the ITB 2020-05 is Friday October 9th 2020 by 12:00 PM (Noon)
