REPORT A VIOLATION:

Please complete this form to report a code enforcement violation within the City of Pahokee. This form will be e-mailed to the Code Enforcement Department and responded to in the order received. Please be advised that any information entered into the complaint form becomes a matter
of public records, including your contact information. If you would like to remain anonymous, please do not enter your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

If you provide your contact information, you may be contacted by phone or e-mail for additional information or to be advised of the results of the investigation. Response time will vary according to the number of complaints currently on file; however, most complaints are investigated within 10 working days.
