WHY PERMITS ARE REQUIRED:
Building and Electrical permits are required for most home improvements or additions so that the Building Department may inspect the job for safety, zoning, and compliance with Florida Building Code.
Before beginning any project, please contact the Building Department to make sure a permit is or is not required.
